Canada-Korea Conference (CKC)

Canada-Korea Conference on Science and Technology is an annual international conference jointly organized by AKCSE and the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST).

 

Since 2011, CKC has brought together scientists, engineers, professionals, and students from Canada and Korea, and provided an important platform for them to network, share knowledge, and develop collaborative research.

 

Over 50 students from Canada and Korea participate in the interdisciplinary conference with discipline-specific academic sessions, poster sessions, networking opportunities, career and professionalism development programs, etc.

WHAT:   3-day conference in Canada (Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2020)

Each year, the YG Forum program, organized by The Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST), brings young Korean heritage students/researchers from all over the world. 120 young generation participants (including 40 from Korea) will have a valuable opportunity to meet together, share their experience and knowledge, and create a world-wide network. The Association of Korean-Canadian Scientists and Engineers will send 12 delegates from Canada to YG Forum in this year. All travel/local expenses (including airfare, accommodation, and meals) will be covered by KOFST.
